Mysti-Prices

My prices vary on the size of the build/area as well as how much time I have! Here is an approximate example of my Pricing System:

1. Small builds (100x or less): 25-30 Euros! Includes:

  • Interior

  • Exterior

  • Landscaping

  • Integration

2. Mid-Sized Builds (100x - 250x): 45-60 Euros!
Includes:

  • Interior

  • Exterior

  • Landscaping

  • Integration

3. Large Builds: (250x - 500x): 75-100 Euros!
Includes:

  • Interior

  • Exterior

  • Landscaping

  • Integration

Please Note:

  • I am typically a solo builder, which is why my prices are the way they are. Larger builds may take longer for me to complete, but I am more than willing to work with a team if I am provided with one! (Providing a team will decrease the price)
